Andy Clark is the founder of Shine Training and ClarkMorgan Training Ltd., where he trains the firms' own train­ers, and has more than 19 years of train­ing and facil­it­a­tion exper­i­ence across Asia-Pacific. In 2018 he received the Hong Kong Management Association's Outstanding New Trainer Award.

A lead­er­ship-devel­op­ment trainer, he has more than 2,000 hours of certi­fied NLP master-trainer exper­i­ence and more than 18,000 hours of train­ing deliv­ery, and has worked with more than 100 Fortune 500 compan­ies.
