Aydin Yaser

Aydin Yaser has extens­ive exper­i­ence in build­ing organ­isa­tions, having founded and handed over more than five of them. His work centres on human-capital growth and on gener­at­ing the next level of economic value through young talent at every level of an organ­isa­tion. Entre­pren­eur­ship is both his profes­sion and his way of life: freedom of choice in the work­place, flex­ib­il­ity for human capital and full trans­par­ency in organ­isa­tional commu­nic­a­tion are the prin­ciples he advoc­ates for the organ­isa­tional struc­tures of the new economy.

He is the founder of several tech­no­logy start-ups and the origin­ator of an educa­tion model embed­ded within tradi­tional programmes: under­gradu­ate and post­gradu­ate students from differ­ent discip­lines — engin­eer­ing, design, law, commu­nic­a­tion, econom­ics and others — work together under the profes­sional struc­ture of a company, with its various depart­ments, to create niche products and services from zero. With programme members ment­ored by industry leaders, the model brings the master–appren­tice rela­tion­ship back into human-capital devel­op­ment for the new economy.
