Dr. Kelvin Leung has more than 15 years of senior manage­ment exper­i­ence in educa­tion and innov­a­tion tech­no­logy, span­ning the devel­op­ment and manage­ment of educa­tion and research programmes, research commer­cial­isa­tion and tech­no­logy trans­fer, and the nurtur­ing of innov­a­tion and entre­pren­eur­ial talent. He has published more than 40 international papers, brings a global perspect­ive on tech­no­logy trends, and is partic­u­larly accom­plished in stra­tegic plan­ning and qual­it­at­ive and quant­it­at­ive research.

He has worked extens­ively across Asia-Pacific, Europe and Turkey, and gives his time to a number of non-profit organ­isa­tions and asso­ci­ations.
