Dr. Kelvin Leung has over 15’s senior management experience in the education and innovation technology industry. Dr. Leung’s responsibilities include developing and managing education and research projects, engaging in research commercialization and technology transfer, nurturing innovative and entrepreneurial talent. Dr. Leung has more than 40 international peer-reviewed papers. He has a perceptive global mindset in innovation technology trends, adept at encompassing strategic planning, qualitative, and quantitative research.

Kelvin has worked extensively throughout Asia Pacific, Europe and Turkey. He also spends his spare time contributing to society, helping different organizations and associations.
