International Human Capital Digitalization Commission ( IHCDC ), is an international organisation formed by business leaders, celebrities and top scholars in education. Founded in 2019, the Commission aims to transform the conventional human capital industry with technology and promote industrial innovations. Our mission is to eliminate age descrimination in the workplace in collaboration with various institutions worldwide, while promoting talent exchange, workplace inclusion and workplace globalisation. We improve human capital integration and distribution, enabling the development of talents and technology. Besides, in the new age of artificial intelligence and 5G technology, International Human Capital Digitalization Commission ( IHCDC ) is devoted to bringing to the conventional human capital industry transformations, upgrades and innovations. We are dedicated to eliminating ageism in the workplace, an increasingly severe problem worldwide.

In the age of globalisation, competition among countries boils down to competition of human capital. Human capital holds key to China’s national rejuvenation. Only by fully tapping into the potential of domestic and foreign brain power, can the country become stronger and more prosperous. In recent years, the government is improving the talent and human capital system effectively. Following the national macro policy, the commission is actively promoting a better workplace ecosystem. IHCDC, the International Human Capital Digitalization Commission will work with the government and various employers cooperatively. A pool of specialists will be established, and a platform for better human capital usage will be built. We will improve scientific research and enhance the capacity to serve society. We will be more innovative, while turning our innovations into products faster. This will enable us to be more competitive and survive in the marketplace. We will have our voices heard and contribute to the major political, economic, societal, cultural and ecosystem development at national and regional levels.
