Experience:

Raymond has been equipped with over 16 years of solid working experience in accounting, financial reporting, auditing and tax. He worked in one of the Big 4 CPA firms and his last position was Senior Manager.

He is in charge to handle pre-IPO projects and assists the enterprises to be listed in the stock exchange in Hong Kong.

He specializes and has extensive experience in resolving Hong Kong tax disputes cases and handing advisory engagements, including offshore claim, cross border transactions, gain on property disposal, large-scale tax audit and anti-tax avoidance cases.

He is very familiar with the IRD’s policies, practice and procedures in particular of tax audit.

He has successfully assisted in settling the tax audit and offshore profit disputes with the Inland Revenue Department on multi-national and listed corporations of different industries, including sourcing, import/export, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and financial services.
